Ciara Spinosa, MPH

Ciara Spinosa, MPH, is a Research Program Manager in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Ciara has worked in the field of home visiting research and evaluation for the past five years. She previously coordinated a cross-model, mixed methods study using the Precision Paradigm to describe home visiting interventions to promote good birth outcomes and the evaluation of a coaching intervention to enhance goal planning in Maryland home visiting programs. Currently she provides project management support across HARC projects and initiatives to advance the field of precision home visiting. Ms. Spinosa assists in the development of the Precision Paradigm, including building HV-relevant taxonomies for mechanisms of action and behavior change techniques.
