The Road to Equity is Paved with More Than Good Intentions: Building an Effective Early Childhood System Link copied to clipboard
Effective early childhood systems “support an integrated continuum of policies, services and programs across early learning, early intervention, health and family support so that children and families can thrive.” The continuum promotes comprehensive services and coordinated service delivery to meet the needs of all expectant families and families with young children.
