In partnership with Nurse Family Partnership (NFP), this study implemented a precision home visiting model in which nurses would support at-risk Hispanic mothers in finding opportunities to talk, read, and sing more with their children in Spanish, and to track their child’s language development and developmental milestones using an evidence-based phone app during COVID. In this study, a Plan-Study-Do-Act Breakthrough Series Collaborative Model was used to gather feedback from nurses, mothers, and program partners, which facilitated program adaptability to improve implementation and NFP program impact more precisely for Hispanic Families.
