The HV CoIIN Health Equity Toolkit – Health Equity in Home Visiting, and the Health Equity Framework are designed to guide MIECHV awardees to examine and act on advancing health equity. The toolkit and framework assist awardees to reflect on historic and current practices that have harmed communities, and then to identity opportunities to redesign and reallocate, build knowledge and capacity, center equity, ensure engagement of families, while focusing on strengths-based or evidence-based HV services and supports, and engaging decision-makers.
