Nichole Sturmfels, MPH 

Nichole Sturmfels, MPH, is a Senior Data Manager at James Bell Associates. Nichole has over 15 years of experience in applied public health research, data operations management, and technical assistance – primarily in the areas of home visiting, maternal and child health, and child welfare. Her research interests include data integration methods that support early childhood systems coordination. Nichole is the data manager for the Multisite Implementation Evaluation of Tribal Home Visiting. Previously, Nichole was co-project director for the California Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting grant. She served as the chief of the data and evaluation unit, which she led efforts on data systems, collection, and reporting. She participates in HARC’s efforts on cross-model collaboration and data sharing to promote data standards that facilitate home visiting research.
