Jill Filene, MPH
Jill Filene, MPH, is the Executive Vice President at James Bell Associates (JBA) and leads the firm’s Child & Family Development practice area. She has over 25 years of experience in applied research, program evaluation, and technical assistance. Jill has methodological expertise in mixed methods research and evaluation design and substantive expertise in early childhood home visiting, child welfare, and implementation science. She currently oversees a portfolio of multiyear, federally and foundation-funded projects focusing on early childhood and home visiting, on which she provides technical direction and leadership. This work includes co-principal investigator on the Supporting Family Economic Well-Being through Home Visiting project and principal investigator on the Family Level State of Home Visiting Assessment study. As part of HARC’s Leadership Team, Ms. Filene oversees the technical work of the data collaborative to promote data sharing and interoperability.
