Early Childhood Research Quarterly is seeking empirical articles for their special issue, Early Care and Education and Services for Infants, Toddlers, and Their Families. The goal of this issue is to examine the system of care and services for infants, toddlers, and their families such as service access and quality factors, mechanisms, and outcomes.
