Ciara Spinosa, MPH, is a Research Associate in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Ciara has worked in the field of home visiting research and evaluation for over seven years. She previously coordinated a cross-model, mixed methods study using the Precision Paradigm to describe home visiting interventions to promote good birth outcomes and the evaluation of a coaching intervention to enhance goal planning in Maryland home visiting programs. Currently, she provides project management support across HARC initiatives to advance the field of precision home visiting and works to support the refinement and use of the Precision Paradigm for home visiting research.
