Heather Johnson, DrPH, MPH 

Heather Johnson, DrPH, MPH is a Research Associate at James Bell Associates. She has more than 11 years of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating maternal and child health programs. Dr. Johnson has extensive experience with the Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting program (MIECHV). Prior to her current work with JBA, she worked as the home visiting data team lead and the director of CQI for the state of Alabama’s home visiting programs. She also spent three years as a home visitor and program supervisor in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Johnson participates in HARC’s development of information models and standard operational definitions based on feedback from key informant groups and from the work of the data collaborative. Additionally, she provides technical assistance on using the Precision Paradigm.
