Jessica Bruning, MS
Jessica Bruning, MS, is a Research Associate at James Bell Associates. She has over 6 years of experience in public policy for children and families, early childhood program evaluation, and early childhood systems planning and research. In her position with JBA, she is supporting MIECHV and Early Childhood Systems grantees with technical assistance for Continuous Quality Improvement and Evaluation as well as supporting work with the National Home Visiting Resource Center. Prior to her work at JBA, Jessica worked as the Evaluation and Communication Specialist with Iowa’s Integrated Data System for Decision-Making at Iowa State University where she helped develop and utilize integrated administrative data to support early childhood and family policy and program priorities. Currently she supports HARC in the refinement of the Precision Paradigm as it relates to context.
