Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
HARC Special Interest Groups (SIG) provide a forum for scholars, practitioners, families, and others interested in specific topics related to early childhood home visiting to connect. They are a place where people can help each other with specific requests for information, provide opportunities to collaborate on possible projects, and spread new knowledge about effective strategies for home visiting research and evidence-based practice.
These groups are largely member-driven, although the HARC Coordinating Center provides support to facilitate their communication needs and organization.
Current SIGs focus on:
- Justice-involved families
- Workforce development
- Early Career Scholars
